Courses and lectures

During Medieval Week we are pleased to offer numerous lectures on a large variety of medieval topics.
Science and art, literature, religion, history, people and events, all introduced in order to increase understanding of the medieval connection and to highlight historical events.
Researchers, practitioners, authors, teachers from near and far, lecture Monday through Friday.
The course selection this year offers possibilities to learn about a variety of things.
The course choices offer you a chance to learn about medieval crafts of all types, music and visual arts, rune stones and juggling. The children can participate in a variety of things and try all from crafts to a course in knighthood. The courses last from one to several days.
Most of the courses are in Swedish but every year there usually are some in English. We will add the courses for 2008 as soon as they are finalized. The final program should be translated and available at the beginning of July.
